On October 16th, 2011 our “Confucius Cares” team members are gathered at Prospect Park to participate in the American Cancer Society – Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk 2011.
This is the 6th year for our team members to participate in this walk. We first took some group pictures and began to roll in around 9:30 am. We were filled energies and walked the 5 mails around Central Park within 3 hours. We has fun and all were proud to show that we cared.
We raised over $3202.58 from our customers, organizations, friends and relatives for this cause supporting breast cancer research. We would like to thank all the people who spiritually and financially supported us, especially to all the staff who had to work at the stores and were not able to share the positive energies with us that morning.
